Martinique Boat Tours: Dolphins, Whales & Sea Turtles

Some of the island's best wildlife encounters happen at sea, and our Martinique boat tours take you to two of them: head north to look for dolphins and whales, or head south to swim alongside sea turtles in the crystal-clear water of Anses d'Arlet. Both depart from Case-Pilote, with half-day prices starting at €60 per adult and €40 per child.

  • Up to 12 guests
  • Snorkeling included
  • Responsible wildlife watching

One boat trip, two directions to choose from

There's a whole other side of Martinique to see from the water. From Case-Pilote, you'll board our Fusion 31 with a small group (12 guests max) for a boat trip that takes you close to Caribbean wildlife.

Up north, it's all about dolphin and whale watching: dolphins are here year-round, and humpback whales pass through in season. Down south in Anses d'Arlet, you'll snorkel with green sea turtles in calm, shallow water.

Drinks, ti' punch (Martinique's rum cocktail), swim stops and snorkeling gear are all part of the trip, so you can just enjoy the ride. Your captain is a local who narrates the trip and makes sure every wildlife encounter stays respectful.

FAQ

Martinique boat tours: your questions answered

What boat tours does Carib Évasion offer in Martinique?
Two tours, both departing from Case-Pilote: dolphin and whale watching off the north coast, and snorkeling with sea turtles in Anses d'Arlet on the south coast. Each tour takes up to 12 guests, and you can book either one as a half day or a full day.
Dolphins and whales or sea turtles: which boat tour should I choose?
Head north for the thrill of spotting dolphins and whales in open water. Head south to swim with sea turtles in calm, shallow water, which makes it a great pick for families. Both tours include snorkeling stops, so you get time in the water either way.
How many people go on each boat tour?
Up to 12 guests per tour, never more. Keeping the group small means everyone can enjoy the dolphins, whales or turtles in good conditions, without a crowd on deck.
Where do the boat tours leave from?
Every tour departs from Case-Pilote harbor, on Martinique's Caribbean (west) coast, just a few minutes from Schœlcher and Fort-de-France, the island's capital.
How long is a boat tour, and how much does it cost?
You can choose a half day (4 hours) at €60 per adult and €40 per child, or a full day (8 hours) at €120 per adult and €80 per child. Swimming and snorkeling stops depend on the itinerary and on sea conditions that day.
